As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to rage, many companies are still operating remotely to contain the spread of the disease. Nevertheless, as vaccination efforts continue to ramp up, some organizations are now bringing back employees to the traditional office. 

Last March 27, a Blind user conducted a pop-up poll asking people if they would quit if work from home arrangements are ended by their employers. In general, more than one-third (35%) of respondents said they would quit if WFH ended while 54% said they would not. 11% of the respondents stated that they had negotiated a WFH setup forever. 

The survey included large samples for employees at some of the largest tech companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Apple, and more. Here are the results:
