Samsung Picks Taylor, Texas, For $17 Bln Chip Plant

Korean electronics giant Samsung Electronics Co Ltd said it had not yet made a final decision on the location of a planned $17 billion chip plant in the United States, after the Wall Street Journal reported that the company had already chosen Austin, Texas.
