Google has recently unveiled a range of innovative privacy, safety, and security features designed to shield users from cyber threats like phishing attacks and malicious websites. These initiatives aim to offer greater transparency and control over personal data while keeping users safe.
The tech giant has introduced various enhancements to its data control and transparency, Gmail Dark Web Scan Report, Content Safety API expansion, AI-powered safe browsing, spam view in Google Drive, and an “About this Image” tool.
Additionally, Google has updated its Android operating system, enabling users to have better control over location sharing through apps. This means that users will receive permission requests notifying them when an app shares their information with third parties for advertising purposes.
