AMD RX 6600XT Called Overpriced And Disappointing

August 13, 2021

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) unveiled its GPU graphics processor unit for 2021, which goes for an expensive amount of $379.

The price remains unjustified in the opinion of many because the careful examination of the nature of the device not only shows that it is underpowered but also disappointing.

Considering the price of the RX 6600XT gaming card and the fact that it is equipped with 1080 gaming pixels, many are more likely to opt for the Nvidia RTX 2060 Super, which will be released in 2019 instead of AMD’s new gaming card.

However, the new RX 6600XT has a resolution of 1080 pixels, providing solid PC performance compared to the 1440 pixels or higher.

To provide further proof, AMD showed that its RX 6600 beat the cheaper Nvidia card by 5 to 30 % with games with 1080p resolution and similar maximized visual settings.
