Apple Releases Security Update For iPhones, iPads and Watches

March 29, 2021

Apple has released patches for vulnerabilities discovered by security experts at Google Project Zero. The project warned that the vulnerability may have been “actively exploited” by hackers. In order to bring the attacks under control, Apple has released an update for iPhones, iPads, and Watches.

The latest security update is the third time this year that Apple has released an all-security update to address vulnerabilities that were part of an active attack. Previously, Apple released patches for similar vulnerabilities in Webkit, which serves as the browser engine that powers the Safari browser on all Apple devices.
