Brave Reveals A Private, No-tracking Search Engine

June 23, 2021

A free open-source web browser, Brave recently launched “Brave Search,” a search engine that does not focus on tracking, offering users an alternative to finding the information they want without revealing their data.

While it was first launched in Beta so users can test the new search engine while Brave continues to refine its features, Brave Search comes with a great privacy feature set.

Some features include Privacy (no tracking or profiling of users), User-first (the user comes first, not the advertising and data industries), Independence (It has its own search index for answering common queries privately without reliance on other providers), Choice, Transparency, Seamlessness, and Openness.
