Firm known For Making Republicans Popular Falls Apart

April 21, 2022

Arsenal Media, a company known for making Republicans go viral is now grappling with numerous internal challenges.

Employees inside the company described a chaotic work environment filled with internal harassment, toxic HR practices, unpaid contractors, and intense culture of secrecy. These activities have led to three employees leaving the company in the last two weeks.

Arsenal Media was fortunate to have success with Kim Klacik, a black Republican running for the vacant Baltimore congressional seat after the death of Rep. Elijah Cummings.

The company continues to attract more clients with long odds and quirky profiles, hoping to replicate the same fundraising strategy.

Despite Arsenal Media’s contracts with high-profile Republican candidates, employees said they were overworked and underpaid.

Workers said the company’s CEO, Jason Cole, rarely uses official payroll software, opting instead to pay employees through online payment processing apps like PayPal and Venmo.

They also complained that the CEO has not yet provided them with the W-2 or 1099 papers they need for their taxes this year. Without doubts, this highlights a serious level of decadence in a company known for promoting Republican politicians.
