Google Cloud launches consulting services unit

April 21, 2023

Google Cloud has announced the creation of a new consulting services section known as Google Cloud Consulting to help new and existing corporate clients.

The unit will provide a range of services that combine several specialities into a single location. Customers will be able to more easily pick the suitable bundle of services for their business and get the most out of their investment as a result of this. Learning, technical account management, professional services, and client success are all part of the offering.

According to Lee Moore, VP of Google Cloud Consulting, the organization would also give unified access to ecosystem partners. The business has extended its consulting service to assist clients in managing hybrid and multicloud installations as well as integrating AI, machine learning, and data analytics capabilities.

Customers can also collaborate with partners to offer expertise and assurance services. The portfolio gives you access to cutting-edge technologies, such as best-in-class AI/ML solutions, data resources, and security services, which can be utilized to develop strong data platforms and safeguard your organization from security risks.

Customers may also receive tailored, hands-on support from technical account managers who become acquainted with their applications, systems, and business objectives, and proactively advise and accelerate their digital transformation.

It also provides end-to-end capabilities to meet clients wherever they are, allowing them to develop their companies on the cloud and securely create digital breakthroughs.
