Google Includes Encrypted Messaging For Android Users

Google’s Android mobile system will add encryption to its messaging app.

While the feature is currently missing from Google’s standard app, it will depend on something called Rich Communication Services and will only be active if both users turn it on and also have Wi-Fi or data.

For confirmation, the “Send” symbol will include a small padlock.
