May 13, 2021

Microsoft has fixed a total of 55 vulnerabilities after the three zero-day vulnerabilities were recently discovered and patched on Microsoft’s Patch Tuesday in May 2021.

The three zero-day vulnerabilities have been publicly disclosed but are not known to be used in attacks or exploited in the wild.

Threat actors are expected to analyze the patches to create exploits for the vulnerabilities, with the vulnerability likely to be more exploited for Microsoft exchange.

It is therefore recommended that security updates be implemented as soon as possible. Of the 55 vulnerabilities fixed, four were rated critical, 50 important, and one moderate.
