Salesforce launches Hyperforce EU Operating Zone

March 9, 2023

Salesforce has introduced the Hyperforce EU Operating Zone, which allows global customers to store and process data in the European Union. The Hyperforce EU Operating Zone, built on Salesforce’s trusted cloud platform, combines Salesforce’s industry-leading products with 24/7 customer and technical support delivered by EU-based personnel.

Salesforce’s Hyperforce platform architecture serves as the foundation for the Hyperforce EU Operating Zone framework. It is tailored to companies that must comply with EU regulations, such as those that require fine-grained control over where data is stored and processed, who has access to it, and how it is used. On March 2, 2023, applications for the new service will be available through Salesforce Customer 360.

“Building on Hyperforce, Salesforce’s trusted cloud platform, the Hyperforce EU Operating Zone combines Salesforce’s industry-leading products with 24/7 customer and technical support delivered by EU-based personnel.

Offering security and data storage services including zero-trust principles and encryption keys, the Hyperforce EU Operating Zone empowers customers with increased control of their data — to be accessed when, where, and how they intend,” reads a statement from Salesforce website.

Salesforce also unveiled Einstein Gpt the world’s first generative AI Crm technology, offering content created by AI to support sales, customer service, marketing, e-commerce and IT.
