Salesforce Launches Three New Einstein Automate Products

September 17, 2021

Salesforce’s AI-based CRM product Einstein is adding three new low-code features to its existing Einstein Automate software portfolio.

These latest innovations are designed to “help every Salesforce customer, regardless of technical background, use low-code tools to automate time-consuming, manual processes and integrate data across systems.”

Einstein Automate’s current tools now include MuleSoft Robotic Process Automation (RPA), which allows users to build bots to perform simple, repetitive tasks; Einstein Document Reader, which uses AI to scan documents and take action on data found in them; and Digital Process Automation, which enables brands to develop digital brand experiences that scan every code.

The recent acquisition of RPA provider Servicetrace, now a subsidiary of Salesforce-owned MuleSoft, has enabled Salesforce to add new RPA capabilities. Brent Hayward, CEO of MuleSoft, explained that the remote work post-COVID landscape is making RPA increasingly important.

Salesforce has not yet announced pricing for the new features, but said digital process automation is now available.
