Samsung Launches Its First Three Major Monitor Offerings

Samsung unveiled its first three big monitor offerings for its streaming-enabled “M” line, the ultra-curved “Odyssey” line for gamers, and its creatively focused “S” line. The three monitors include the M8, Odyssey Neo G8, and S8 monitor.

Samsung M8 has new features such as status indicators and on-screen controls, all displayed on a 32-inch display with 4k resolution, 400nit brightness, 99% sRGB color gamut. It also comes with a new attachment point for a customized webcam.

Samsung Odyssey Neo G8 is well suited for gamers and has amazing features. These include support for 4K resolution, a 240hz refresh state and 1ms response time, CoreSync lighting and others.

The S8 monitor is available in both the 27-inch and 32-inch versions. Both sizes support up to 98% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and the Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) Display HDR 600 standard for photo and video editors.

Among other things, the S8 monitors also offer 90W USB-C charging for connected video output devices. Samsung has not yet announced prices.
