Oracle’s Guy Waterman, vice president of people analytics and human capital management technology and innovation, indicated that the business is investigating the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve human resource jobs.
They are particularly interested in using generative AI to automate complicated HR tasks like developing job requirement postings that comply with local standards in multiple countries. Waterman noted that artificial intelligence has the potential to dramatically improve the pace and quality of HR processes, allowing firms to function more efficiently and effectively in this arena.
The features are projected to automate time-consuming tasks like screening resumes and scheduling interviews, to ensure that HR decisions are made based on objective data, and to provide personalized service to job seekers and employees.
