Starlink users face widespread account issues

Starlink, Elon Musk’s satellite internet venture, is facing widespread account issues, leaving users frustrated and unable to access the service.

Users have reported receiving error messages such as “User not found” and “User disabled” when trying to log in to their accounts. Some users have also been unable to submit refund requests or contact customer support.

One affected user, Adam from Alabama, told PCMag that he has been unable to access his account for several days. “I keep getting errors that say my account doesn’t exist or that I’m disabled,” he said. “I’ve tried contacting customer support, but I haven’t heard back yet.”

In the meantime, users are left with limited options for getting help. Starlink does not offer phone support, so users must rely on email or chat support. However, response times have been slow, and many users are still waiting for resolution.

The account issues are causing additional problems for users who have already ordered Starlink kits. Some users are concerned that they will not be able to activate their service if their accounts are not fixed.
