Ceridian surveyed nearly 3,000 people from the United States, U.K., Canada, and Australia for its report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the flexibility demand, a large proportion of respondents were positive about their job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The reason for this is that employers are now allowing them to achieve their goals one of which includes getting a promotion.
