Apple has examined its corporate workers to ask about their hybrid work experiences.<\/p>\n
The poll was sent out on Wednesday at 7 a.m., after the corporation mandated that employees come into the office three days each week.<\/p>\n
According to a source familiar with the situation, the majority of the queries centered on what worked effectively for remote and in-office work. Employees have until April 28 to complete the survey, which should take 10 to 15 minutes.<\/p>\n
According to the source, poll results so far have been consistently good for remote work and negative for in-office work, owing to decreased efficiency caused by long trips and frequent interruptions.<\/p>\n
In March 2022, CEO Tim Cook sent a memo informing employees that the company would start phasing in its hybrid work plans. Cook has previously described remote work as the “mother of all experiments.”<\/p>\n
In addition to questions concerning hybrid work, employees were asked about the company’s culture.<\/p>\n
The poll came only weeks after Apple vowed to start issuing increasing warnings to employees who did not come into work.<\/p>\n
