She claims that she was fired after she raised concerns about Apple&#8217;s use of facial recognition technology in its products, and after she protested the company&#8217;s alleged practice of videotaping employees in bathrooms and locker rooms.<\/p>\n<p data-ar-index=\"4\">Gjovik&#8217;s lawsuit also alleges that Apple violated her privacy by collecting and storing her personal data without her consent.
