The deal is part of AMD&#8217;s broader strategy to invest in software that will enable customers to more easily deploy AI models on its chips.<\/p>\n<p data-ar-index=\"2\">Nod.ai&#8217;s technology is used by large data center operators to deploy AI models that are tuned for AMD&#8217;s chips. The company&#8217;s software helps to optimize AI models for performance and efficiency, and it also provides a variety of tools for managing and deploying AI models.<\/p>\n<p data-ar-index=\"3\">AMD has not disclosed the terms of the deal, but Nod.ai has raised roughly $36.5 million in funding, according to PitchBook data.<\/p>\n<p data-ar-index=\"4\">The acquisition of Nod.ai is AMD&#8217;s second in the past few months.
