{"id":9325,"date":"2021-07-28T12:33:42","date_gmt":"2021-07-28T16:33:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.technewsday.com\/?p=9325"},"modified":"2021-07-29T08:46:33","modified_gmt":"2021-07-29T12:46:33","slug":"top-reasons-employees-are-quitting-their-jobs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/technewsday.com\/staging\/top-reasons-employees-are-quitting-their-jobs\/","title":{"rendered":"Top Reasons Employees Are Quitting Their Jobs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to a blind survey conducted at the beginning of the year, one in three workers would quit their job if working from home ended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recent findings by experts shed light on the reasons why workers quit their jobs: during burnout rates, a tight labour market, and the desire to hire top talent across industries, resignation rates are expected to rise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite these statistics, many companies are looking to hire, with 77% of executives drawing up hiring plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vaccination rates also seem to play a role in the employment rate. U.S. states with low vaccination rates see people more open to changing jobs.
