December 23, 2021

EDGAR, the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system, a database of submissions submitted by companies and organizations as required by law, is back in operation early Wednesday after technical problems.

The U.S. Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) reported the outage to the public but did not provide details on the causes of the problem.

As of Tuesday evening, no company filings were displayed on the database, according to Reuters.
